Operation of circular quantitative sampler
Operation of circular quantitative sampler
Unpacking and installation
① Open the upper cover of the packaging box and take out the accompanying technical documents.
② Remove the side panels around the packaging box.
③ Remove the bolts securing the sampler on the bottom plate of the packaging box and remove the sampler.
④ Remove the operating handle from the packaging box and install it onto the sampler shaft.
⑤ Remove rust preventive oil and dust deposits from all parts.
⑥ Place the sampler on a flat and stable workbench.
Trial cutting
① Slowly press the operating handle and conduct a hollow cutting test to check whether the upper and lower knives are gnawing. After conducting multiple empty cutting tests and confirming that the upper and lower knives are free of jamming and gnawing, the sample can be taken for trial cutting.
② Take a paper sample with a thickness of (0.15~0.25) mm and place it on the lower knife surface. Press the handle to try cutting. Take out the sample from the side of the base. Observe the incision. The incision is neat and free of burrs, and it can be used normally.
sampling
① Determine the number of layers to be punched at one time based on the thickness of the sample. The following table shows the recommended number of punching layers for common paper patterns.
② Place a flat and straight sample without indentation on the lower knife, and quickly cut the sample with a slight force.
③ Take out the sample from the lower part of the sampler and weigh five (or ten) pieces as a group according to relevant standards.
