The factory covers 13000 square meters, with 100000 grade clean room 1000 square meters, with over 200 workers, over 30 technicians for R&D. As a high tech enterprise with numbers of products structure technology patents, Yuyang medical is professional in R&D, producing and selling disposable medical consumables, in-vitro diagnostic consumables and laboratory consumables. The products are widely used for the test of Covid, Dengue fever, drug and food safety.

What Are The Materials of Plastic Test Tube

The plastic test tube is made of medical PE material and sterilized with ethylene oxide, which is clean and sanitary. It is suitable for clinical testing of blood, urine, and other body fluids.

The test tube (consisting of PE, PP, and PS raw materials) is molded by high-precision injection molding. The product is smooth and transparent, with good chemical compatibility. PP materials can adapt to most polar organic solutions, weak acids, and weak bases. The disposable PE material hose has a flat appearance and uniform pipe wall. The molding process of PS and PP test tubes is excellent, and some test tubes can withstand up to 19000g relative eccentricity, no leakage or cracking. Series varieties and specifications can meet the needs of various experimental projects. The disposable test tube is used as a reaction container for a small amount of reagents, collecting a small amount of gas, and assembling a small gas generator.
