The process of dropping samples affects the effective judgment of the product to a certain extent, so please be careful in your operation. When the temperature of the experimental operating environment is too low, it will affect the brightness of the lines and may produce false positive results. It is recommended that the operating environment temperature should not be lower than 10 ℃.
For turbid urine samples, centrifugation or filtration is recommended for testing.
The quality control line (C line) and the detection line (T line) of the detection card sometimes have inconsistent colors. Note that there is no correlation between these two lines and they do not affect each other.
Operating errors, as well as the presence of interfering substances in the sample, may lead to incorrect results.
Unclean urine, such as containing bleach and alum, may also produce incorrect results under correct analytical procedures.
Be sure to pay attention to the moisture protection of unused products and ensure the tightness of the seal, otherwise erroneous or uncertain results may occur.
The two functions are also different: the quality control line is only responsible for detecting the quality of the gold standard cartridge itself, while the detection line is used to detect the yin and yang of urine or tissue samples. Especially when testing positive samples, it is necessary to consider the sensitivity of the gold standard cartridge itself. To improve this sensitivity, it is necessary to reduce the negative outlet color. Therefore, sometimes the detection line is relatively weak, which has nothing to do with the quality control line, but depends on the problem of the detection line itself.
