Production Technology of Gold Label Cassette

Gold Label Cassette(GICA) for early pregnancy detection was established using purified chimeric protein (CnC2) as antigen to detect the antibody titer of CSFV vaccine in CSF serum. The coincidence rate between the GICA and commercial ELISA kits was 93.5%, and the specificity and sensitivity were 100% and 97% respectively.

Through testing 386 clinical samples, it is known that GICA has a specificity of 76.6% and a sensitivity of 97.1% compared to hemagglutination inhibition test.

Due to the advantages of simple operation, specificity, sensitivity, and speed, this technology is particularly suitable for the use of a large number of basic veterinary staff, suitable for mass testing and large-scale screening, and has broad application prospects and huge development potential.

Gold Label Cassette and others have established GICA Early Pregnancy Detection Cassette for the detection of pseudorabies virus, the samples only need 25μL and can be detected in 5min. There is no cross reaction with other common pig diseases.
