Major Functions of Quantitative Samplers

When testing the performance of paper, it is necessary to obtain certain samples for experiments. The more accurate the obtained samples, the more accurate the obtained test results will be. Therefore, obtaining standard samples is the main prerequisite for testing and testing. Paper quantitative sampler is a special sampling device for measuring the weight of paper and paperboard. It can quickly and accurately cut standard size samples. It is an ideal auxiliary testing device for industries and departments such as papermaking, packaging, and quality supervision and inspection. The paper quantitative sampler is applicable to the sampling of standard samples required for the quantitative determination of various types of paper and the physical properties of the sheet bursting test. The paper quantitative sampler adopts an integrated casting structure, which is more stable and not easy to deform.Using the special No.10 steel knife edge,which is durable.

Operation

1.Place the instrument in a suitable position on a stable and firm workbench.

2.Place the paper flat on the center of the chassis, and press the support beam with the left hand to prevent the sampler from tilting forward when pressing the pressure bar. Slowly press the pressure bar to complete a sampling, and the sample will fall into the chute and slide out from the side of the chute.

3. Slowly release the pressing rod and restore the upper punching knife to its initial position. Take out the sample and conduct the corresponding test.
